The story of Kingdom Royal Institute (KRI) begins with a visionary educator and leader, Solomon Appeadu, whose deep passion for knowledge, service, and spiritual growth inspired the creation of a unique educational institution. Established in Accra, Ghana, and officially incorporated on September 19, 2024, KRI was born out of a commitment to remove barriers to education and empower learners from all walks of life.

It symbolizes knowledge, learning, and education. It represents the institution's commitment to academic excellence and the pursuit of knowledge.
The Ghanaian symbol “Nea Onnim No Sua A, Ohu” means, “He who does not know can learn from learning.” This symbolizes knowledge, life-long education, and a quest for knowledge. It forms the base of the crest because “knowledge is what one needs for advancement.”
